Heather's Weave Copper Bracelet

Some things you put on and immediately feel like your body remembered something.

I made this piece for the woman who is always moving — whose hands, wrists and arms have been carrying the weight of a life well lived.

The three strands — brass, silver, copper — are twisted and set by hand, one section at a time, with tools I have had for years. Each strand worked separately before being brought together into something that feels complete in a way no single material ever quite manages on its own. The kind of bracelet that looks handmade because it is — not in a rough or unfinished way, but in the way that only shows up when someone has been doing this long enough to know exactly what they are doing.

99.9% pure copper alongside brass and silver. Real materials. Not plated. Not coated. Worn close to the body the way copper has been worn for thousands of years — long before it was sold in stores or written about. The people who wore it kept wearing it and passed it along.

This is part of my final few collections. When these are gone I am moving on to something new and these designs will not be made again.

I hope it finds the wrist that needs it.
